Boone RS... We don't know who owns it either. There isn't so much as the hint of a sign on site, no gate at the entry, nothing. We'd like to find out who owns this site and see if we can take some photos of the insides. This is an above ground fuel storage tank next to the intake and exhaust for a below ground generator.
